Platform Role and Scope

Massage is a platform that facilitates user matching, meeting coordination, booking workflow, and payment flow support between clients and coaches. Massage does not assume responsibility for service performance quality, off-platform behavior, or independent legal obligations of clients or coaches except as explicitly required by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Massage client app, the Therapist provider app, the massage.app website, and related services operated by StayFit Software FZCO.

Information Collected

We may collect information including:

• Account and profile details submitted by clients and coaches.
• Booking details, session timing, and location-related service data.
• Payment and transaction metadata provided through payment workflows.
• Support, communication, and technical usage records.
• Device, usage, diagnostic, and security records from the website and mobile apps.
• Therapist verification, business, licensing, certification, and payout-related details.

Mobile Apps Covered

The Massage client app helps clients search for therapists, book sessions, manage service details, communicate with support, and use related platform features. The Therapist provider app helps therapists manage profiles, availability, bookings, service details, communications, verification, and payout-related workflows.

The data collected may differ by app, account type, permissions granted, features used, and local legal requirements.

How Information Is Used

We use collected information to operate the platform, process bookings and payments, authenticate users, reduce misuse, deliver support, improve product features, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Payment and Booking Data Processing

Payment and booking data are processed to enable transaction execution, settlement tracking, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Massage provides payment flow support and booking infrastructure only. Responsibility for the underlying session conduct and local legal compliance remains with the participating client and coach.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

Information may be shared with processors and service providers strictly for platform operations, payment processing, hosting, analytics, support tooling, legal compliance, and risk controls. Third-party providers process data under their own terms and legal frameworks.

These providers may include hosting, analytics, payment, support, identity or verification, fraud prevention, communication, store distribution, and legal or compliance service providers. We require service providers to handle user data consistently with applicable law and this Privacy Policy.

App Permissions, Consent, and Controls

The mobile apps may request permissions such as location, notifications, camera, photos, files, or device features when needed for booking, profile, verification, support, safety, or service coordination features. Users can manage operating-system permissions through their device settings.

Where consent is required, users may withdraw consent through app settings, device settings, or by contacting support. Some features may not function if required permissions or data are disabled.

International Data Handling and Legal Compliance

Data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions. Clients and coaches are solely responsible for ensuring their own conduct, submissions, and service activity comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Massage disclaims liability arising from a user's failure to comply with legal requirements in any jurisdiction.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed for service delivery, recordkeeping, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute management, then delete or de-identify data as reasonably practical subject to legal retention requirements.

Account Deletion

Users of the Massage client app and Therapist provider app may request account deletion at https://massage.app/delete-account/ or by contacting [email protected].

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify associated account data unless retention is required or permitted for fraud prevention, legal, tax, payment, safety, dispute, regulatory compliance, or similar legitimate purposes.

Security Disclaimer

Massage applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission method is fully secure, and users accept this residual risk when using the platform.

User Rights and Requests

Depending on jurisdiction, users may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data, and may object to certain processing. We may request identity verification before processing legal requests.

Client and Coach Responsibility for Submitted Data

Clients and coaches are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions of all data, documents, media, and representations submitted through the platform. They are also solely responsible for off-platform conduct, direct interactions, and consequences arising from their communications or service activity.

Children/Minors Restriction

The platform is not intended for children and may not be used by anyone who lacks legal capacity under applicable law. Users must meet the minimum legal age and all local legal requirements to use the service.
