This page applies to the Massage client app and the Therapist provider app operated by StayFit Software FZCO. Deleting your account is a permanent action after the recovery period ends.
Once you initiate account deletion, your account will be deactivated for 30 days. During this time, you can recover your account if you change your mind. After 30 days, your account data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored, except for records we must retain for legal or compliance reasons.
Before You Delete
Make sure:
- You have downloaded or saved any important data you want to keep.
- You understand your account will be deactivated immediately.
- You understand that after 30 days, profile information, saved settings, and account data will be permanently removed.
- Purchases, completed bookings, subscriptions, and payment records may be non-refundable or retained where required by payment processor rules, store rules, tax, legal, safety, dispute, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations.
How to Proceed in the App
To delete your account from the Massage or Therapist app:
- Open the app menu.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Confirm your choice.
- Your account will be deactivated for 30 days. If you do not log in during this time, it will be permanently deleted.
Warning: account deletion is permanent after 30 days.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing [email protected].
Please include:
- The app name: Massage client app or Therapist provider app.
- The account email address or phone number connected to your account.
- Whether the request is for a client account or therapist account.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before processing the deletion request. This helps protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.

Q: What happens to my data during the 30-day recovery period?
A: Your account will be deactivated but not permanently deleted. You can log in during this period to recover your account and cancel the deletion request.
Q: Can I recover my account after the 30-day period?
A: No. Once 30 days have passed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored, except for records retained for required legal or compliance purposes.
Data We May Retain
Some records may remain in backups, logs, payment records, booking records, or compliance systems for a limited period where required for platform security, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, payment, safety, regulatory compliance, or operational continuity.
