Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Massage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Platform Nature (Marketplace/Facilitation Only)

Massage operates solely as a marketplace and facilitation platform for introductions, booking workflow, and payment support between clients and coaches. Massage is not the provider of underlying coaching or session services.

No Employment, Agency, or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, joint venture, fiduciary, or partnership relationships between Massage and clients, between Massage and coaches, or between clients and coaches.

Account Eligibility and Verification

Users must have legal capacity under applicable law and provide accurate account information. Massage may request verification, suspend access, or terminate accounts where lawful, inaccurate, risky, or non-compliant behavior is identified.

Booking and Payment Scope

Massage provides booking and payment processing support. Completion, quality, legality, and safety of the session remain the responsibility of the participating client and coach, subject to mandatory law.

Client Obligations and Assurances

• Provide truthful information and lawful booking requests.
• Comply with all local rules applicable to receiving services.
• Maintain respectful and lawful conduct before, during, and after sessions.
• Assume responsibility for the environment and circumstances under client control.
• Not request or permit illegal, unsafe, or prohibited activity.

Coach Obligations and Assurances

• Maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, and legal authorizations required by law.
• Provide truthful profile, pricing, and qualification information.
• Deliver services lawfully, safely, and professionally under applicable standards.
• Comply with tax, labor, immigration, licensing, and professional regulations.
• Assume full responsibility for service execution and legal compliance in each jurisdiction.

Health, Safety, and Medical Disclaimer

Massage does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients must evaluate medical suitability and obtain professional advice where needed. Coaches and clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health and safety information required for lawful and safe service provision.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, Refund Basics

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund outcomes may depend on timing, applicable policy, payment processor rules, and mandatory law. Platform policy application does not transfer service-performance liability from clients or coaches to Massage.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, exploitative, or rights-infringing conduct. Massage may remove content, restrict functionality, or terminate access where prohibited conduct is suspected.

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Payment processors, identity providers, communication tools, and other third-party services may be used. Massage is not responsible for third-party outages, actions, or legal obligations except where non-waivable law provides otherwise.

Warranty Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from session performance, personal interactions, user-submitted content, regulatory non-compliance, or off-platform conduct by clients or coaches.

Platform liability, where not prohibited by law, is limited to facilitation of introductions and payment processing support under these Terms.

Indemnification by Clients and Coaches

Clients and coaches agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Massage and its affiliates, officers, personnel, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from their conduct, submissions, services, legal violations, or breach of these Terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Court Venue

Disputes are brought in courts of the Platform entity's principal place of business, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Compliance With Local and International Laws

Clients and coaches are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including licensing, tax, labor, privacy, consumer protection, and professional conduct requirements.

Suspension/Termination

Massage may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, or platform access at its discretion where legally allowed, including for risk, legal exposure, policy breaches, or harmful conduct.

Changes to Terms

Massage may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon publication, unless another effective date is stated.
